Arthur Pulitzer is an authorized agent for Investment Capital, a Saudi-based investment company owed by a Saudi Arabian royal prince.  Salman Capital does not request any upfront payment from the borrower to the management; there is only the Dubai Court Legalization Fee of $15,500 that must be paid in cash along with requested documents to the court for procurement and legalization of the Loan MOU Contract.  The loan is insured with proceeds from the loan.
