Arthur B. Pulitzer is an experienced commercial and investment real estate broker with over 46 years of experience. He is licensed in New York State and Massachusetts. Not only is Arthur B. Pulitzer a real estate broker, he also has experience as a sales leasing broker and promoter who has developed, managed, and sold tax advantage investments to his many active and well-capitalized investors for properties throughout New England. He offers a full service sales leasing, and marketing program.
Pulitzer’s career began in his father Benjamin Pulitzer's neckwear manufacturing business. After earning his B.S. in Business from Hartwick College, he went on to work on Wall Street as an account executive for a major stockbroker. Throughout his financial career, Pulitzer established numerous successful start-up corporations while structuring, marketing and managing investments for high net worth individuals. He employed his expertise in setting company strategy/direction and drew from his knowledge of and experience with private equity industry. He established his first real estate office in 1968 in Katonah, NY from which he served Westchester and Putnam counties. In 1998 his primary commercial real estate focus was metropolitan New York City. In 2009 he established his current office in central Massachusetts.
